This is your place to just get away from it all. Cabins and Campground are available to enjoy the Mammoth Spring, Ark/Spring River area.

Come out and throw a round or two. our front 9 disc golf course is ready and listed on U-disc. A donation box is located at hole 1. $5 donation please

FOR Our campground. please call 870-371-2000 to book your site. we have 16 sites with power and water and plenty of room for primitive camping

About Us

Cabins


  • The "Big" Cabin- Sleeps up to 8 people with full modern kitchen, living room, bath/shower, large back porch overlooking wooded pasture. 1 Queen, 2 single over full bunk beds & pull-out couch.
  • The "Cypress" Cabin - Sleeps up to four comfortably and has a kitchenette with mini fridge/hot plate, running water. Separate bath/shower house. 1 Queen, 1 twin & pull-out couch.
  • The "40 steps" Cabin- Cabin with loft that sleeps five. It has a kitchenette with minifridge/hot plate, running water. Separate bath/shower house
  • The "Knotty pine" cabin with loft sleeps 5 or 6. It has a kitchenette with a minifridge, microwave, keurig coffee maker, running water. separate bath/shower house


Amenities

  • Located on 50 Acres with hiking trails onsite.
  • All cabins have A/C and Heat, WIFI, ROKU TV
  • There are several genuinely nice golf courses, Kayak/rafting, fishing, large lakes, beautiful Ozark Mountain roads, shopping and antique stores, Grand Gulf, MO. within 30 min. driving. 
  • On Monday and Friday nights, visit Cotham's old-time auction house in Mammoth Spring.
  • Board games and playing cards in cabins
  • Pets welcome, but use good judgement (keep them off the couch & don't let them chew, plz)
  • Outdoor fire pits (firewood available for purchase. No cutting trees, plz)


Rules and Info

  • No firearms or off-road vehicles
  • Full refund until 30 days prior to your stay, 50% refund until 2 weeks, then no refund unless we can rent it again during your time period.
  • Check-in 3 pm/ Check out 10 am
  • No Smoking in cabins
  • We are located on the west side of Hwy 63 about 2 miles south of Mammoth Spring, Ark. We are the 3rd building south of Hwy 342 (Dam 3 road). 
  • Self Check in with a keypad lock. Code will be sent a day or so prior to your arrival. - 
  • The nearest 24-hour medical facility is in West Plains, MO. about 25 miles away. There is a minor med located in Mammoth Springs. - 
  • Please leave the cabin in good order with dishes washed and used bed sheets stripped and laid near the front door upon checkout.
